Hi!
In the middle of a session on pico, ^k (cut) stopped working. AFAIK, all the other combinations with CTRL work but that one. Only if I use the right-hand CTRL key with k (and I have to do this twice) am I able to delete a line. I know I may have to dig deeply into the Keyboard and Console How-to, but on the off-chance someone here has a quick answer or suggestion.... What can I try to fix this? (It _is_ an old (7 years) keyboard. Just break it to me gently that I'll have to have annoying Windows keys on my new keyboard, if it is the case that it's obviously a hardware problem.)
Please break your lines at app 70 characters. That makes it easier to read and reply. I don't think it is a hardware problem, but even if it is, you don't have to have windows keys on your keyboard. I have seen keyboards that have penguins on those keys instead. Also, I saw a keyboard with a special layout called the happy hacking keyboard. If you really don't want those keys, that keyboard might be the one for you. Regards Ole
