I've read quite a lot about setting up network cards under Linux and I've always found tetting the first card working to be pretty simple. I'm about to set up a new system, I'm waiting for SuSE 7 to arrive and there's a question that I haven't seen answered in the HOWTo. If I have a motherboard with 3 identical PNP network cards, how do I know which one will be eth0, eth1 and eth2 when the system boots? -- Bernard Peek Not necessarily speaking for: POSTer Audience Research -- POSTAR Ltd. 27 Sale Place, London, W2 1YR.
