even the vmware converter is not that good. I have a vista (original OS on the computer), opensuse, of course and Xp (some apps don't run under vista). I couldn't convert the XP partition because it's not a boot partition (it's the d: one), I should have converted also vista (but this was 60Gb!!) so better install XP in vmware directly...
