Using localhost

I am trying to do this: SETUP A USER: ------------- Load your web browser and connect to http://localhost/sql-ledger/admin.pl But instead of being able to set up a user I get this: Object not found! The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 404 localhost Tue Jan 27 21:22:51 2004 Apache/2.0.48 (Linux/SuSE) I get the same message if I do this, for example: http://localhost/home/adriel/double-entry.html I think I need to do something...somewhere. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks, Jerome
