Yes, that is what I'm understanding. But why does the openSUSE firewall reject that information? I expect that some process in my system is interested in that information. Should I open my firewall for it, and then, how? That IP is in fact the IP of my ISP DNS (I just found out), so the port 53 is open (I verified).
