P.S. Don't let the jeers and sneers of the Linux people get too you. (in case the flame you). Also, I know you don't have a choice here but Linux would probably be a better bet for them since the Linux kernel can see EVERYTHING, not just windows information but Mac, Unix, etc.. Just a thought.
Hey, I've got my flame proof underwear on. :-) Oh, I'd love for these people to use Linux, but the fact of the matter is they have either volunteer for these training or where told they are doing it. In most cases they have little or no knowledge of computers to start with. In fact they equate computer with the operating system which = Windows. I've been using SuSE Linux for 2 years now and I'm on the board of the Ottawa Canada Linux Users Group so I'm quite familiar with the mind set of much of the Linux community around here.
