Yast: packman repo constraint is volatile :-(

I set in Yast-Software-Repositories "Switch system packages to the versions in this repository (Packman Repository)" Once the ritual is complete the link changes to "Cancel switching..." Fine, but a few upgrades later the constraint is GONE and the first annunciation is back again. This certainly isn't what one would expect, as opposed to an alert to anything that wants to change the constraint or better yet an automatic and total denial of same (consistent with user intent!).
