Hi Folks,
I've got a conundrum going on here. I have a Xerox 6180 color laser printer here that's about 15-years old. Recently it started to print a blue streak down one side of the paper and to add speckles at random. This is likely the cyan toner cartridge that's leaking, but the darned thing costs $150 or so. But if I bought a new one it might not fix the problem!
So I thought about just buying a new printer, maybe one with a built- in scanner. The Brother MFC-L3780CDW looks nice, but will all the functions work with Leap? Does anyone have any experience with that printer?
So both paths have risk. The problem might not be the cyan cartridge in the Xerox printer, and the Brother might not be compatible with Leap! What am I to do!
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
My printing problems ended when I bought my second HP m252, the first one got ruined by shitty 3rd party toners. The HP toner costs twice what it should IMO but I've had this for many years now, problem free. HTH.
