You seriously expected me to study your long file trying to guess your problem? You are mistaken, it does not work this way. If you are not willing to spend your time to explain your problem why do you expect me to waste my time trying to guess it? Anyway, you are using legacy grub. What is the content of /etc/sysconfig/bootloader and /etc/grub.conf?
