bug 102945 and versioning?

I was asking for a versioning system. For example. I see in "most annoying bug" a problem about not beeing able to configure the second net card (fixed). I have two net cards and had no problem to configure any of them. is that I have a post -fix version or the bug don't affect me? in what version is the fix available?
