PHP5 mysqli and phpmyadmin apache child exit with segmentation fault(11)

      Hi:

Im asking for advice if anyone can reproduce this problem.

I'm running SUSE 9.3 amd64 with PHP5 (fully updated)

when I try to run phpmyadmin using the mysqli extension
apache crash with the following message:

Fri Jun 24 04:52:40 2005] [notice] child pid 20647 exit signal
Segmentation fau                                            lt (11)

phpmyadmin folks said is a PHP/Mysql problem,not a phpmyadmin one.

can anyone reproduce this problem?
