Mobile Homes is SIMILAR but not the same as Windows Briefcase - there is more automation to Mobile Homes, and also more automation than rsync and KDE syncing. The issue is syncing files on BOTH ends, which people often overlook. Here's a short tutorial: http://aplawrence.com/Basics/rsync.html You'll hit problems with too many files on a Suse system. Mobile Homes actually does a set of directories, one of them public on the home server. Also, Mobile Homes automatically syncs up files when you reconnect, whereas the utilities in OpenSuse, including syncing utilities are typically manual. RP James Knott wrote:
