Hi Steve, either you repeat the installation process as root and enter /usr/local as the target directory or just move the $HOME/firefox directory to /usr/local. Don't forget to include the absolute path in your PATH environment variable. About the plugins: I think it does. :-/ HTH, Martin ----- Original Message ---- From: Primm <lynn@steve-ss.com> To: suse-linux-e@suse.com Sent: Monday, October 30, 2006 5:28:53 AM Subject: [SLE] firefox 2.0 install Hi I have the new Firefox 2.0 installed into my home folder. It feels nice. How can I make it available systemwide and inherit the plugins from the 1.5 I also have? 10.1 Cheers, Steve. -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
