How exactly did you do that? That's skipping over 2 intervening releases, not something that gets routine development testing.
By adding repos for 12.2 and 13.0 one after the other and doing the upgrades in order, as they came out. Over the period that they were released. I'm trying to get this thing up to grade on 13.1 so I can move it to 13.2 soon, if that has any meaning. Other than this silliness, not a single issue in a LONG time. # uptime 3:24pm up 237 days 7:00, 3 users, load average: 3.28, 2.80, 2.44 (I are an Aulde Pharte.
