Hello every one
I have a problem here my wheel mouse ps2 style. It will not work at all now. Well it did work during installation. I rebooted the system then the problems started . I see a cursor but it is frozen in the middle of the boot screen and KDE desktop. When I boot Suse 8.1 every time Yast comes up before the login manager and asks my to choose a mouse which I do but it does not work. Below is the info I think might be relative. If it is blocked by another application how do I find out which one or is this a Yast2 problem ? Any help would be most appreciated.
try add pci=acpi at the bootprompt of grub first. If this wont help, the output of hwinfo --mouse should show the right protocol and if it is recognized at all. -- cu Martin ------- http://freshmeat.net/projects/pin/ -------- -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
