Sound card issue

I have just installed 10.1 and must admit the upgrade was not nearly as seamless as when going from 9.3 to 10.0 which I thought would be a rougher road. Anyway I have been using my laptop with a nForce3 sound card which has always worked great with the snd_intel8x0 driver. Until now that is, Yast tells me the card is not configured however It doesn't allow me to configure it just errors saying that the module snd-intel8x0 could not be loaded. I have tried a few things however nothing seems to get it. Can anyone offer up a suggestion? Please and thanks in advance -- Dave Waddling dave@waddling.com
