[S.u.S.E. Linux] Where is the optimal place for postgres boot

Hi, Where might the optimal place be to start the postgres daemon at boot. The documentation with postgres provides an example for the /etc/inittab file. But from the SuSE 5.2 manual, it seems that the boot.local file might be a better place.
