Incredible.
I just hit a news site that requires flash from adobe, TODAY. :-(
I'm using a new firefox instance, no plugins yet, so no flash support, I suppose.

(no , I'm not asking how to add flash support... (yet)... just saying that today there are sites that still use it. I'm flabergasted)
(Chrome plays it)
You know what's worse? That a gov website in Poland zus.pl still uses document forms, that are made in flash. And if you run a company you have to fill them, if you don't want to do it using physical paper.
Fortunately flash player plugin is still available in packman repo and firefox still supports it.
I have just looked, and Flash is enabled in my browser. I have "Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0", yet the site said I need Adobe Flash. And now I open the site again, and the video plays, no problems. What changed?
Maybe it was about activating the plugin for this website? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/why-do-i-have-click-activate-plugins
In fact, the second time, I was going to try if I had to activate the plugin, because it is set to ask - but it did not ask. I was going to check if I missed the question somewhere, and then it started playing. I suspect the web site changed the video to something else (html5?), but I failed to find out what. At least this second time the video linked to youtube, embedded. Maybe in the hours interval the video was converted by youtube from flash to something else? Or the news site noticed the error and replaced the video? Dunno. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.0 x86_64 at Telcontar)
