Some windows do not follow my window manager's conventions, with a traditional title bar and separate menu. They also don't respect my border widths. I think they are gnome applications, although there may be others.
Is there any way to configure these applications to respect my choice of appearance and user interface style?

FWIW, I found the solution. Stop using the gnome applications and use the Mate equivalents. Just got to get used to new names like pluma, atril etc. :) Here's one summary of the topic: https://blog.martin-graesslin.com/blog/2010/05/why-you-should-not-use-client... -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
