This dependency issue is caused by having two repositories (Packman and openSUSE) for gstreamer. You have to make a choice whether you want to have the Packman version or the openSUSE version. From a functionality they should be equal, but the packman version might have some enhancements. If you choose for the packman versions, you can select the first option. If you want to keep the openSUSE version, then select the second option
