For some reason I am not seeing any of the messages sent by jdd in this thread. They have not gone to my spam folder either. The below message was the first message in this thread I received. I can see there was a preceding one in the archive. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem or have any idea why it may be happening? Perhaps jdd would be kind enough to copy me directly on a reply so I can see if I receive that (or if he gets some non-delivery report)?
