Of course, searching for either "SUSE openID" or "openSUSE openID" returns nothing useful. Is it intentionally kept secret? May be it is not intended for public use at all ...
AFAIK, openID is a way to have an universal login/password, certified by some other company, nothing related to openSUSE
This is exactly backwards. openID is a framework that allows authentication by some other company; this company is "openID provider" then and you need to know how to refer to this provider. If openSUSE intends to allow using its user database via openID framework, it needs to document how to refer to openSUSE provider.
