Hello Everyone,
I have a Dell OmniPlex GX1 and I have installed SuSE 7.1. The install went very well. Everything (hardware wise) was detected and functions properly. However, after about a month I have lost the "modules.dep" file from within the "/lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB" directory path. I haven't re-compiled the kernel yet because the system has functioned properly until now. The issues I have is the loss of sound and the ability for the ethernet card to be detected during bootup. My question is, is there a way I can re-generate the "modules.dep" file so I can bring the system back to normal ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Nevermid, I figured out how to generate a new "modules.dep" file. -Chris
