[S.u.S.E. Linux] Install under Virtual PC?

Has anyone on the list had any luck installing SuSE Linux as an OS that runs via Virtual PC? I have been having problems in that the installer stops after formatting the partitions with a message that says only that the intallation failed. There is no reason given in the error. I played with this for several hours last night. At one point I got the installer to put the software on the disk but then got many segmentation errors while the installer was doing things like mkdir, touch, cp.
