Hi there, Everything is solved now, well 99% !!! I have to figure out now how to change the resolution of that picture that is shown when the system is loading. That one is still 1024x768. Login screen is already 1280x800. Nevertheless, Vaio try to start up with 95Hz Refresh Rates, but it can't, because the Refresh Rates is too high. For LCD, you must set the Refresh Rates about 60Hz, if you don't want to destroy your Vaio's display.
