[opensuse] Finally got got my Microdia webcam working on 10.3

Just want to inform the list that I was able to get my obscure webcam working. Still with some glitches like "RtApiAlsa: overrun detected" and an image that is still not optimal. Has certainly something todo with my missing memory (right now 128M) and running KDE but it is really an aha moment. Used gstreamer factory.
