Search gnpan in yast control panel-install and remove software. It is there, I have it installed.
I did just that, but found nothing to match gnpan. I did a search of CD3 to no avail. Mine is the "personal" version. Is yourse the "professional" version? I tried to install the tarball offered by the author of pan, but could not install it because of unmet dependencies. djt

Take a look in /opt/gnome2/bin for gnpan which is what the Pan binary is called. I just started it and it seems to be quite nice. You may not have installed it not knowing that gnpan was pan. :)
Thanks for your help. I did a search and found no gnpan, so I guess I'll have to look further.
Best regards
