How about this? 1. edit the /etc/default/grub as follows: 1-1. remove 'usbcore.autosuspend=-1' entry. 1-2. add the 'i8042.nomux=1 i8042.reset' entry, instead. 2. # update-bootloader --refresh where PS2-Keyboard.service is still disabled.
