Maybe: try to login to bugzilla, if not migrated it will tell, right?
Or Wiki Or Forums FWIW, I attempted to migrate only once, using a browser never before used to login anywhere, or even open a login page, and only after the announcements Bugzilla migration and forums migration were complete.
