I'm sure you have a reason for that.. (testing the network consistency?) ping -f <host> Is the most simple method; it generates hundreds of packets per second. You may also want to take a look at the '-s' parameter; it specifies the size of each transmitted packet. You may specify a packetsize as high as about 65KB.
