Tried to reproduce your problem in Factory Copy and pasted the relevant rsyslog configuration that fails, issued service restart Jun 09 19:21:50 linux-cufi systemd[1]: Starting System Logging Service... Jun 09 19:21:50 linux-cufi systemd[1]: Starting System Logging Service... Jun 09 19:21:50 linux-cufi systemd[1]: rsyslog.service start request repeated too quickly, refusing to start. Jun 09 19:21:50 linux-cufi systemd[1]: Failed to start System Logging Service. Relevant line: "Jun 09 19:21:50 linux-cufi systemd[1]: rsyslog.service start request repeated too quickly, refusing to start."
