Hello I hope I am not bothering you guys too much but I wonder whether someone could give some help on how to proceed in case of an attempt of invasion on my network. The fact is that somebody tried to invade a computer on my network (unfortunately all of the computers have public IP addresses). He used a common hacker pogramme to achieve and was dumb enough to caught on the act of doing it. Having said I wonder whether what kind of procedure you would adopt in such a case (we don't have any specific legal support on the matter). Any/all comments would be extremely welcome.
Thanks a lot for your patience and help.
