Dear All, I have discovered that my onboard video is supposed to be 3D capable. I have Suse 8 and a via chipset onboard video that is a Savage4. I did some research and decided to do all that I can do to get it to work as it should instead of buying another card. I found out that a package needed for this called xf86_glx was mistakenly not included in the Suse 8 CDs but there was an update. I went to Yast2 and did the update as well as some other updates. The instructions on the Suse support page said that this should make it possible to enable 3D probably on my video. After updating and installing it says to run as root 'switch2xf86_glx'. When I did this I just got an error message that said command not found. Does anyone know what I can do now to get the 3D enabled on my video card? Thanks. Marcia
