Which model wireless card are you using? The newer ones are using the Prism3 chipset and don't necessarily work with the older prism drivers. I'm using a WPC11 v.3 card myself and I've wound up having to use the HostAP drivers because the card is not fully supported using the default orinoco drivers. I'm currently running 8.2 and the SuSE supplied drivers still don't work with my card, It would be a good guess, that if you're running a new Linksys card w/SuSE 8.0, the supplied driver definitely will not work with a newer card. Hi all -
I'm running SuSE 8.0 Pro on my Compaq Armada M700. I recently changed my home network to a wireless router system, and I wanted to know if there were drivers for my Linksys PC Card wireless adapter. If there are, a pointer to the appropriate setup routine would also be appreciated.
Thanks,
