All, After the trip to Co., thunderbird (24.2.0) now refuses to download my pop mail -- which I presume is due to me accessing the same pop3 mailbox via the ISP webmail interface while in Co. Thunderbird could retrieve pop3 fine while in Colorado, but could not send due to accessing via a foreign/remote IP (not on my suddenlink.com network) So I used the suddenlink webmail interface to send mail while away. This seems to have done something that now prevent thunderbird from being able to retrieve messages from my account now that I have returned home. The error given by thunderbird is: The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop.suddenlinkmail.com responded: no such message. Is there some message index that is messed that is preventing tbird from downloading from this pop host? It can obviously see all messages, but then gives -ERR no such message? Can I delete some file and have tbird rebuild it's index? -- David C.
