Thanks, you were right about YaST, but my mouse still doesn't work. For some strange reason when LILO boots the kernel, 2.0.30 runs and no kerneld or mouse support. But if I boot off of the bootdisk I made during the install, then 2.0.33 runs and I have no problems. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance. Kevin.
The fact that YaST keeps comeing up would indicate you didn't let YaST >finish it 's work. there's a point there where it runs a bunch of setup scripts >(you can see the output on... tty9, I think). Many first time SuSErs like to >reboot here . I know I did.
