[opensuse] Generating tar.gz file from kubic iso

Hello I'm trying for the first time to install opensuse on an lend dedicated root server from hetzner. I want to install opensuse-kubic but they need a tar, tar.gz, tar.bz, tar.bz2, tar.xz, tgz, tbz or txz. But I don't know how to get the iso into one of this formats. Is there a dedicated download for one of this formats or can i convert the iso into one of this formats?
