[opensuse] Feedback Leap 15.0 Update: English keyboard in xfce, German in Yast & console

Hi, I just updated from 42.3 to 15.0 with just a few hitches. One of them is that Xfce now ignores the system's keyboard layout. In Yast, I have a German keyboard selected. The layout works when I switch to the console. But in Xfce settings and the iBus app in the task bar, English was selected. That made it a bit of a challenge to login ...
