two SSIDs, one "normal" and another at 5GHZ. Names like these:
sagemcomXXXX and sagemcomXXXX-5G
This is apparently typical of ISPs here.
My ISP used to do that, but stopped. I have my AP configured with the same SSID for both bands. I believe the clients favour 5 GHz, so why not use the same SSID for both. That works well for me. I can check the status of WiFi connections and find the devices capable of both bands connect with 5 GHz. Single band devices tend to use 2.4 GHz. ;-)
