On 10.3,
Compiz is working, but I can't get opensuse updater back into the systray? If I manually start it, when I close it, it goes completely away and doesn't remain active in the systray. I've tried add applet and add application, but that just sticks the button in there. I recall a prior post, but can't find it now. Thanks.
It has reappeared after the task bar has rearranged itself several times during login and logouts. Since this is a laptop, it happens often. Strange. All of the original systray icons ended up scattered around the desktop in tiny little windows. Closing the last one seems to have jump-started the systray. -- David C. Rankin, J.D., P.E.
