Hello suse users:
First of all I apologize since this is not a SUSE specific but rather a non-specific linux question. It is related to skype configuration:
How can I set different outputs for the ringer and the voice? Usually I use a headphone for listening music and for skype conversations. But I would skype to notify me even if am not right at the computer. Changing the heaphone's and the loudspeaker's wire every time when I leave and sit to the computer would be very unconvenient.
Thanks, IG
The easiest way would be to build or buy an audio switch. Since you are in Hungary, I don't know what resources are available to you. In Germany, it would be easy to find one. In the US, Radio Shack sells one for $9.97, altho they say it's out of stock at present. I do something similar with a printer, to select between my XP and my Linux machine. Put large labels on it, so you remember what connects to what. --doug -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
