I get a feeling that commenting out #include <net/if_arp.h> in Documentation/networking/ifenslave.c will solve the problem , since, as seeing in the changelog, ifenslave is old and the A{B,P}Is have changed for sure. Here is the config I used to compile the kernel, adjust CPU type frpm AMD to Intel.
