[opensuse] journald watchdog timeout on every boot

Hi *, starting in October I get the eror message systemd[1]: systemd-journald.service: Watchdog timeout (limit 3min)! on every boot. System is openSuSE Leap 42.3 with all actual hotfixes including kernel 4.4.92-31. Any idea, what that means and what I can do to resolve this problem? I couldn't find any helpful information on the net. All occurrances of this message are at least two years old and none of them gives a solution. TIA. Bye.
