[opensuse] Opensuse vs Suse enterprise support

I have to setup a new server with OpenSuse 10.3. The problem is that the support for the 10.3 end next year. http://en.opensuse.org/SUSE_Linux_Lifetime So, I'm evaluating to buy a Suse Enterprise license. Unfortunately, I don't understand for how many years the support is guaranted. What I'm looking for is the least expensive license for receiving security and maintenance updates for the next 5 years.
