[opensuse] zypper problem

I've run into a problem with zypper on 10.3 and can't figure out how to fix it. When I run software update, or just zypper refresh, I get an error that tells me that the database is either corrupt or missing. It only happens on a couple of the repositories. I tried refresh, and it just told me the error. I don't see how to repair it, or rebuild it.
