Suggested repo to install the libdvdcss library in Tumbleweed?

Hi, I'm trying to play DVDs with vlc. My understanding is that the libdvdcss library needs to be installed for this to work. Could someone suggest the best repo to add for the purpose of installing libdvdcss? And also the `zypper` command to do so? I want to make sure adding an additional repo doesn't end up creating issues in conjunction with other repos.
