According to wikipedia the maximum file size in UDF is 16EiB (1 exbibyte = 2 to the 60th power bytes = 1,152,921,504,606,846,976 bytes = 1,024 pebibytes) However if you are burning to DVD, obviously you are constrained by the capacity of one disc.
