[SLE] wvdial.dod

Dear list, I've found a copy of wvdial.dod and installed on my SuSE. The problem is as follows; 1. I dial using "wvdial" --> login to ISP 100% working. 2. WVdial.dod script executes "wvdial --chat Defaults " This does not work. Does not pickup modem, just sends 3 ATZ codes to the modem. 3. If i killall wvdial + ppd and simply use "wvdial" everything works fine. My requirement is dial on demand for squid. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance! Fred
