Different versions

Hi! Just wondering. How different are SuSE version 7.1 and 7.2 from each other. And how about 7.0 and 7.2? I'm asking this because a program I would like to install has been tested to work with SuSE 6.0-7.0 and I would just want to be sure it won't mess my system if I try to install it. - tk
