Hello Chris, I've been using the cordless mouseman pro since it came out with no problems. Just plug into the PS/2 port, choose PS/2 as your mouse protocol and you are good to go. The receiver translates everything to the proper protocol so there is no compatibility problems with the mouse. I would 'think' the keyboard would be the same. Hope this helps, Mike On Tue, Nov 30, 1999 at 08:23:08PM +0000, Chris Reeves wrote:
Sorry, a bit of clarification is in order. Although this is a cordless keyboard, it isn't IrDA, it uses digital radio I think. All self contained, so it plugs into a PS/2 or AT port on the back of the computer (or PS/2 or Serial for the mouse).
Sorry for the confusion, and thanks anyway for the advice, could be useful for anyone stuggling with IrDA, or even if I start playing with anything IrDA ;-)
Oh, BTW, I haven't bought this yet, just testing the water (but this looks like the one I want...).
